Pete helps individuals take control of their health through personalised, science-driven strategies that address the root causes of their health concerns. With over 20 years of clinical experience in Functional Medicine and expertise in DNA testing and genomics, Pete’s approach goes beyond symptom management to create sustainable, long-term health improvements.

Pete works with individuals seeking to stay ahead of potential health concerns and maintain peak wellbeing as they age. By focusing on each person’s unique genetic blueprint, lifestyle, and goals, he empowers his clients to make meaningful changes that support resilience, energy, and longevity.

Pete’s commitment to functional and preventative medicine is backed by years of pioneering contributions to the field. In 2002, he became one of the UK’s first Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). His leadership was recognised early in his career when he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Register of Exercise Professionals in 2004. He was also among the first in the UK to complete certification with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and later served as a Clinical Innovator for the organisation.

Pete’s interest in cognitive health and healthy ageing led him to adopt Professor Dale Bredesen’s groundbreaking approach to preventing and managing neurodegenerative conditions. Today, brain health remains a key focus in his practice, alongside nutrition, movement, and recovery—all essential pillars of longevity.

As a dedicated professional and active father of two, Pete lives by the principles he shares with his clients, balancing family life with fitness and his own wellbeing.
